Where We Are in Detroit

We have properties in five core Detroit neighborhoods, each with a different character and a different type of guest in mind.

West Village is Detroit’s most walkable neighborhood — a stretch of Kercheval Avenue lined with independent restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and boutiques. It’s the right base for guests who want to experience the real Detroit without renting a car.

Midtown is Detroit’s cultural center, home to the Detroit Institute of Arts, Wayne State University, Detroit Medical Center, and a concentration of the city’s best new restaurants. Our historic Midtown building has multiple units, making it ideal for couples, families, and medical visitors alike.

Corktown is Detroit’s oldest neighborhood, anchored by the fully restored Michigan Central Station. It draws visitors from all over the country, and our properties here put guests within walking distance of the city’s most celebrated bars and restaurants.

Brush Park sits between Downtown and Midtown, directly adjacent to Little Caesars Arena and a short walk from Ford Field and Comerica Park. If you’re here for a game or a concert, there’s no better location.

University District / Detroit Golf Club area is one of Detroit’s quieter, more upscale residential neighborhoods — ideal for longer stays or guests looking for something off the tourist trail.

In Town for an Event?
